Hey guys.Another charging problem withn an acer laptop. It has problems charging even when I am not playing video games.Specifically when I plug it in the led lights are tyrning on and off.I went to a technician and said my battery is dead and also gave me a better charger to support the laptop better. However even without the battery and plugged in the laptop cant reach 10 minutes withoyt switching off.I changed the sockets that I had my charger...nothing happened..I heard from someone to take out the start button cause it keeps shutting down the laptop when I have no battery and then buy a new battery..Is there a chance that the laptop and the charger lose connection?I guess the technichians should have checked it though.Any ideas that might help??

Before doing anything else, vacuum the air intake and blow air thru the exhaust a few times to dislodge and chase out any dust bunnies that may be causing the CPU to overheat and shutoff.   Also, keep the laptop on a hard surface while running for good air circulation. Jack E/NJ

The cooling fan is on the bottom left side. Remove 3 bottom screws to lift an long panel and check to make sure that it's still not clogged with dust or other debris. The panel air vents also must not be blocked. Jack E/NJ
