hi im running an Aspire E5-523-90QW its got the A9 7th gen AMD processor and Radeon R5 M430 2GB but for some reason it will not switch over to use the graphics card and will only utilize the integrated graphics. I have tried updating drivers, rolling back to older versions  as well, even to the point of reinstalling windows 10. And yes i have used the Radeon settings and set everything to high performance etc. nothing i do seems to help. has anyone had this problem and solved it?
ive googled this for a couple of weeks now with no success.

OK. Then have you ever been able to load a graphics-intensive game or app that must've automatically switched cards in order to use it? Jack E/NJ

yes i have been playing WOW, but even then it will not switch. In my task manager it doesn't even register that i have 2gb dedicated graphics only seems to be showing the dual core integrated graphics and not showing my m430 at all. i hope these screenshots help somewhat and you may be able to make sense of them.

@ashcoop GPU0 is the integrated graphics card. GPU1 is the dedicated graphics card. It is indeed automatically switching! Jack E/NJ

Yep. I noticed that too. Could be a taskmgr reporting issue. What does Device Mgr and MSinfo32.exe reveal for your display devices? Jack E/NJ

OK, looks good to me. 2GB total. The adapter seems to be auto-switching as it should when it's called upon by the software to do so. Jack E/NJ
