I have an B3 A30 tablet. When I boot up I get "Android is starting optimising app 1 of 1" this happens everytime I switch on. Does eventually start after 10 to 15 minutes.   How to solve the problem?  Thank you.

Some App you downloaded recently has corrupted the operating system and is eating it's way through the boot system as well. Check for the app that is having issues ( ex true caller) and uninstall it.

Another option is to completely reset your phone to factory settings. Please backup the data before reset.
Firstly, switch on the device by pressing the Power button.
In the next step hold down the Volume Up key for a while.
While still holding the Volume Up button, press and hold the Power key for 3 seconds then release it. Continue holding the Volume Up button.
Once the tablet screen turns on, stop holding the buttons
From the menu choose "Wipe Data/Factory Reset" by using Volume buttons to scroll and Power button to select options.
Tap "yes" to confirm the operation if you are certain you want to clear all your data.
Choose "reboot system now" to restart your device.
    The hard reset would complete.
