Need specs/info on Aspire 3 A315-41-R9J1

Have a few questions regarding this (Aspire 3 A315-41-R9J1) laptop I'm considering purchasing, hopefully someone here may know.  Specs claim a backlit keyboard for this model can anyone verify this? Can a 2nd hdd or ssd be added to this model, and what is needed besides the drive if it's possible.  Specs state maximum system memory is 16 GB, is that verified?  Also, how is the max achieved when there is 4gb soldered to the board and only one memory slot?  4GB onboard + 8GB module = 12GB.  If you need to add a 16 GB module to achieve the 16GB max wouldn't 4GB just get wasted?  Is this model utilizing a dual channel memory configuration or is this one of those models that cripples the APU with single channel operation?  I think the specs state a TDP of 15w for this model.  Will this cripple the performance of the system constantly throttling the APU to fit within the stated TDP?  Any help or info would be appreciated.

Thid model is shipped with a 256 GB SSD. There should be an option to add a SATA hard disk from the HDD door at the base.

This model has 2 DDR4 sockets that supports 16GB memory size per socket witb maximum memory size 32GB.
