I HAVE A ASPIRE XC  603G

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THE RECOVERY MEDIA, AND WHEN I ENTER  SNID   OR SERIAL NUMBER IT SAYS  CANNOT FIND--I HAVE BEEN TRYING EVERY WHICH TO GET THEM , BUT NOW IT SEEMS LIKE THEY DO NOT WANT TO SEND THEM TO ME

AM I DOING SOMETHING WRONG?


WHERE IS THE HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT

    @exzooman95 if you have already tried to check in Acer store and still no help then I believe either your device might be older or there is no recovery disc available for your device. if you think your device is no that old then you can contact Acer support for help.

    Unless you are on the wrong website (ie. Canadian instead of USA) it should accept your SNID. If it fails then there's likely a problem with the registration database (did you register your computer?) and you'll need to contact support.
