Does anyone know why the Acer ChromeBase will randomly activate its talkback accessibility feature?

I deploy dozens of them around a major headquarters and I have to go through periodically to disable that feature.
Is there a firmware update to implement or some other fix I could perform to prevent it from doing this on its own?

Hi, You can try disabling the ChromeVox (Spoken Feedback). To do that, Go in to Settings > Advance Settings > Accessibility > Uncheck the box next to "Enable  ChromeVox (Spoken Feedback)".

As a work around, you can check updates for Chrome OS. To do that, open Settings. On the top you can see "About Chrome OS". Click on it and a dialog box opens up with OS Current version. You can see a button "Check for & apply updates". Click that and check for Chrome OS updates.
