Hi

I have a new notebook a Acer Aspire v Nitro VN7-793G  4 weeks old.

When i disconnect the charger plug the notebook falls off.  In the beginning it was working?
According to the energy meter, the battery is fully charged

Normal the notebook must continue to work on the battery. In the beginning it was working?

I read something about a reset from the battery?

What is happening.

    Hi,

    Please try the below steps

Unplug the power source > flip the computer upside down > on the top left side or in the middle portion you would find a tiny pinhole > use a paper clip and insert in the pinhole and hold it for 30-40 sec > flip the computer back to regular position and turn on the device without the charger.

If the device fails to turn on then connect the charger and uninstall battery drivers from the device manager. Restart the device and check if the device is working if not

During boot press F2 to access BIOS. press f9 to set it defaults and click ok , press f10 to save and exit. Post this if the issue still persist then you will have to contact Acer support for warranty help.
