I have the Acer aspire es11 es1 132 c22B laptop. Last night I had to factory reset the entire laptop as I was giving it to my brother for him to have for college. During the reset it turned off and now when I try to turn it back on it just shows the Acer loading screen. I used the F keys and I got the 'insydeh20 setup utility' screen and I have no idea what to do from here. Please help I just want to be able to get back in to the laptop

If you are wiping it for a fresh install, probably easier to try reloading it again from fresh with an .iso direct from MS.  here's a link to create a bootable usb stick from the media creation tool (just make it on another pc then boot it on the pc with issues).  This will remove any additional 3rd party software too which will need to be reloaded (drivers etc will automatically update from windows update once 10 is up and running)

To exit the BIOS Setup Utility,  Go to the Save & exit tab in BIOS; select OK in the confirmation dialog box and the laptop would restart automatically.
Please try restoring to factory defaults by pressing Alt + F10 when the computer is booting up. Follow these steps.
Press and hold the Power key for 5 seconds to power the system off completely. Press the Power key to turn on the computer. Press the Alt and F10 keys at the same time when the Acer logo appears on the screen. Your system should boot to a blue screen that says Choose an option.
Select Troubleshoot. Click Reset your PC. This process will erase all data on the your system. Choose the Refresh your PC option if you want to restore your system and retain your data. Click Next, then select Just remove my files. Click Reset to begin the recovery.

If the above steps fail, you may try to download and create a ISO windows 10 USB and restore your laptop.
When you reinstall the pre-installed windows it will pick up the Product Key and activate the system automatically.
Also, all the device drivers would be automatically installed.
    >>>>Another option, you can contact Acer store in your region to get the recovery disc.

Thanks for the suggestion Gawain. I inserted it in and I was still getting an error. I've tried using alt and f10 as suggested above also and it won't go past 1%. Sorry I'm not good with laptops but is it possible I may have had not the most up to date windows installed and that's what's happening (if that makes sense)

did it fail after installing from the usb?  (remember to boot from the usb stick, f12 to bring bootable devices as soon as you press the power button, or you might need to enable the f12 in the bios first if no list)

You need to flash the usb using GPT partition scheme for UEFi I use a program called Rufus.
