Static Noise or Crackling sound in 2 day old Acer Predator Speakers

There is an annoying disturbance in speakers, like a continuous static distortion whenever I play videos on youtube or other music. My laptop is only 3 days old and I have updated the drivers. Is there any software solution to it or I will need hardware repair?

    Hi,

    Please test the same with headphones. If you happen to hear static distortion then this could be issue with drivers or hardware. You can try to uninstall the sound drivers from device manager and restart the unit. if the issue still persist then you can try to reload the OS and check. Since, this is a 2 day old device i hope not much of data is stored on the device.
