Acer Aspire touchpad gestures not working after return from Acer repair?

I had my mainboard replaced by Acer (under warranty) and when I first booted the PC on its return it loaded into a insydeH20 setup utility (I hit esc and exited without saving). Now the touchpad gestures aren't working. I've tried updating and uninstall/reinstalling the PS/2 compatible mouse driver and HID-compliant vendor defined device drivers, with no effect.

OS: Windows 10
Model: Aspire A315-21

Go to BIOS(press F2 immediately after boot), look around in the settings and you will find a setting for the touchpad. Set it to advanced if it is set to basic.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

Hi, Go to BIOS (Press F2 as soon as you press Power button), go to Main tab, click touchpad and switch to advanced, press F10 to save settings. When it reboots go to Settings and adjust settings for Touchpad in Settings (wheel at start), Devices, select Tochpad in the left pane.
