My Aspire VX 15 i7 7700hq 1050ti has been dropping frames from an average of 60-70 frames a month or so ago to about 30 and below now. Neither my CPU nor GPU has 100% usage and temps are normal. Any Ideas to why this has happened?

Well, as recorded in few of my previous replies.

Second point of contact is basically some application running on different accounts. I don't want to advice the cliche responses but why don't you first try to upgrade your graphics card.
    BElieve in YOUrself.

I will look at the link. I do not believe I can upgrade my graphics card as this is a laptop. The same games were also doing fine on this card until a month or so ago

Try updating both Intel and Nvidia graphics drivers from intel.com and nvidia.com. If you have Geforce experience make sure that ingame overlay is disabled and battery boost is also disabled.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
