I am new to all this. Is there any settings that should be adjusted for optimum 4k video editing? I have a DJI Phantom 4 Pro. I shoot video in 4K and HI-res photos. I am using Adobe Premier pro cc, Lightroom cc and Photoshop.

Adobe Premier renders images and videos as imported, so if there's no specific restrictions there. However, it's the exporting part that you need to pay attention. There's options to render your videos to 4K after the edit, make sure you choose it.

    CapturePNG

Settings will have options similar to that m8.
