I have an audio bluetooth device that works with my phone, but when I try to play music through my Chromebook R11, it will connect (makes the boop sound), shows connected on the Chromebook, but does not play the music.  How do I trouble shoot this issue?  The Chromebook has successfully played through other devices.  I'm on the stable platform, everything is up to date.

    Setting up a Bluetooth device
After enabling Bluetooth, use the steps in this section to pair a new Bluetooth device with your Chromebook:
    1. Click the status area of the taskbar, and then click the Bluetooth status notification.
      Figure : Bluetooth status
      Bluetooth status notification
    2. Make sure your Bluetooth mouse or keyboard is turned on.
    3. Click Add device to search for Bluetooth devices.
      Figure : Add device
Add device button in Bluetooth status details
    4. Select your device from the list, and then click Connect.
      Figure : Add bluetooth device
Connect button in the Add bluetooth device window
    5. If you are prompted to enter a passkey or PIN code, enter your device's code.
If you are prompted to confirm an automatically generated passkey, click Accept.
The Bluetooth device appears in the Bluetooth status notification area when it connects successfully.
