Why isn't my touchpad using the Windows 10 gestures?

My Acer E5-576G supposedly supports Windows Precision Drivers, however no gestures work on Windows 10, furthermore through settings - touch pad no settings are visible.
Device Manager displays the mouse driver as a normal PS/2 unit.
I've checked on the Acer website, there is no touchpad driver to download, through the support and downloads page.
Any Advice would be greatly appreciated!
Many Thanks

    Hi,

Please try to uninstall the touchpad drivers from device manager and restart the unit. ( Please do not check the box to delete driver software ).

Post restarting the unit please go to settings and check for touchpad settings.

Hi!! Go to Settings > Select Devices tile > click Touchpad from left pane > scroll down the page and click "Advanced gesture configuration". Hope this helps.
