Windows sytem start up on my laptop Aser Aspire R3-131T-C8X0

Hello everybody,

my laptop start automatically updating (upgrading) the windows system data and on the end, it was requested a restart. Shut down going slowly but on the end, it was done. After that when I try to switch on my laptop, everything starts normally and instead of windows welcome laptop shut down alone. This happened all time. I already reinstall the Windows (and partition) and windows starting properly without any problems. I can install programs and everything is working until I shut it down. After that same problem coming, laptop starting (rolling the circle), black display (instead of welcome screen) and shutting down (blue display with white text) alone. If anybody can help me?
