Crackling sound from speakers/headphones on Predator G3-571

Hello, I am having a problem with my laptop. As of a few days ago I have started experiencing a crackling noise when doing anything that requires volume. Youtube, Spotify, games, etc.. all cause this to happen. The crackling will cease after a restart for x amount of time before it starts to happen again. I updated the drivers and BIOS and am not sure if there is anything else I can do. I've had this laptop for less than two months and the fact that a problem is already coming up is concerning to say the least. Anyways, wondering if anyone else has experienced this and found a fix.

Hi,

At first try to re-install the audio drivers from device manager and restart your computer.

Please follow the steps below to uninstall audio drivers.

1. Press and hold Windows + press X to launch quick settings menu
2. click on device manager
3. double tap on sound and game controllers
4. right click on the audio drivers and uninstall the drivers ( Please do not check the box which says to delete the driver )
