1. My acer aspire v3-372 fails to connect to the internet via wifi router.
Information showed that the laptop can connect to the router but the router can not connect internet.
2. I checked Wife route's situation for connecting to internet:
Good connection to internet is confirmed because my phone can connect to the internet via the router.
3.
I've reset my laptop to factory settings to see if it would work but nothing changed.

Pleas help!

    Try this:
    • Right click on the windows icon or press the Windows key and the X key at the same time.
    •  Click on Device Manager.
    •  Locate the Network Adapter icon.
    •  Click on the arrow/triangle on the left side of the icon to open it.
    •  Locate the icon with "Wireless Adapter" on its name. (example: DualBand wireless adapter).
    •  Right click on the wireless driver and select Uninstall, then click OK, the icon will disappear.
    •  Locate the "Action" tab on the top of the window, then click on Scan for Hardware Changes, the screen will flash and the icon that disappear before will re-appear.
    •  Restart the Computer and the Router.
    •  Reconnect to your network, input the network security key/wireless password.
