First of all, I am an International student in America, forgive my bad English, but I am really angry. Watch the video attached, you will know I am not kidding.

The most important thing is I just picked it up from the store today. I sent it to them 4 weeks ago because I got one noisy speaker, and now I got TWO noisy speakers !
What I could do? Send to them again?

Read through this thread to see if it's what you're experiencing. If it is, you will need to have the motherboard replaced.

Sounds like the speaker blew out.

Did you use a third party EQ system?

At beginning, it was, but after repairing, the noise shows in 5 mins after booting.

No, for solving this, I reset the whole system. The speakers are still working , I think this laptop may have 4 speakers, and 2 of them still in work, and the front two make the noise.

I heard the noise he posted, very similar. So, when I send it to the store I just tell them to replace the motherboard? I don't think they will do that. They may diagnosis in their own way which cannot solve this really, and it will takes me another 3 weeks.

Replacing a motherboard will cause licensing issues with some software programs (Zbrush, etc.), so make sure to deactivate any of those first. You may also have to re-enter keys and such for some, too. If you read through the thread I linked to, Acer may reset Windows (they state that as a possibility in the repair/shipping blurb they send you prior to shipping the laptop in), so back up anything important.
