Hi, I have a 4GB RAM DDR3
Module Size: 4096MB
Max Bandwidth: PC3-12800 (800 MHz)
Manufacturer: Kingston - Ranks: Single

So, Can I upgrade to 16GB, 32GB, 64GB for DDR3 or DDR4 on my PC?

Yes, you can upgrade to 8GB DDR3 RAM upgrades, however you can't upgrade a DDR4 as it is a completely different architecture. PSU can supply enough power to most of the DDR3 RAM and you won't have any surge issues. Kingston stick would be my recommendation and if you want the maximum. Since you've a DDR3 Module, the maximum supported slot size is 16GB and if some sticks claim 16GB but that's mostly uncertain on most of the motherboards.

In layman terms, get 2x 16GB DDR3 RAMs and upgrade it to 32GB. That number is for servers, a game can run decently with 16 if you ask me personally. Alongside that, if you've DDR4 RAMs, it is not backward compatible like in the previous double data rates.
    BElieve in YOUrself.

Thanks for the info. And here,
    1. What is maximum MHz like 2400 or below, above?
    2. Which is recommend Max Bandwidth PC3-12800 or below, above?
    3. I had 4GB DDR3 1# slot, so I can upgrade 8GB DDR4 in 2# slot?

    I made a screenshot there,
