Ways to fix this Aspire E5-575

After the last update in like December my laptop crashed so naturally i reset my computer to factory settings, now it refuses to start up. Ive tried Alt + F10, F2 as soon as it turns on, i cannot get anything to work, HELP!!!!!!

Hi,
You could try a battery reset, switch off the laptop, disconnect the AC adapter, follow the instructions in the video, leave the laptop to rest for a while before starting again.

Hi,
Switch off the laptop, remove the HDD, go to BIOS and click F9 button, press F10 to save and exit, put the HDD back and try starting.
