A day ago I was playing a game and my laptop suddenly crashed. After that one crash, my laptop continues to crash after a few minutes with a blue screen saying problem code 43. Now the laptop doesn't crash but it now when I try to play games the frames and graphic are very low. I checked my device manager and it said my Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 is disabled. Is there a fix to this problem.

Yes, it can be fixed. Try updating your drivers from the support page for your laptop.
Also, make sure you're virus free, by running the windows defender.

I have tried updating and reinstalling my Nvidia driver, but it still says "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems (Code 43)". I have tried using DDU as well.

Can you provide complete information so that it becomes easier for the forum to answer?

    as @ven98 says:
If your question is about a device you own or want information on, always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system
