How to slow down the fan speed at G9-793

Before I sent my G9-793 to the RMA
I can check all the CPU, SYSTEM, FrostCore fans speed in the PredatorSense, also, I can change the speed mode, too.

But after I received the unit from RMA
As the photos, I cannot check the System fan speed anymore.
and I can not slow down the other two fans speed either.
No matter I turn the full speed mode on or off, the CPU fan is around 4.2K RPM and the FrostCore is around 4K RPM.
Actually, it is noisily.
Is anyway to slow it down?

PS. The bios version is V1.13

I Think that there is an issue with one of the temperature sensors as this is how cooling systems can behave if a sensor has an issue as the system does not speed the fans, it slows the fans down in normal use.  If there is sensor a failure the fans are allowed to run unrestrained to maximum RPM.

You can try looking a CoolBoost, although all it will likely do is increase the two main fans RMP further to 4.6K.  Most likely your going to need to speak with Acer again...

The online support guys just tell me the fan speed depend on the temperature,
but who can tell me why should it run on full speed at 40 degree?

Finally, I have to sent the unit back to the repair center again,
The funny thing is I just received the unit one day.

Try installing a new or different version of Predator Sense.

The fan speed is dependant on temperature, however at 40C the primary fans should be at around 1900 RPM or less and the FrostCore will be shutdown
