Who can I call directly to solve an issue? Emails are not being responded to..

I purchased an Aspire 3 months ago and have issues since day 1 with it shutting down when unplugged.  Email correspondence is proving fruitless.  Is there a direct number I can contact to actually speak to someone regarding this issue?

    https://www.acer.com/worldwide select your country, then from the menu(top right) select support and then contact support. In this page you will find contact number/s, which you can directly call.
    Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

    Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
