The motherboard I'm working with is B75H2-AD, got this on ebay and installed a 3470 and 8gb ddr3. I cannot seem to get USB 3.0 working and I'm not sure if I need certain drivers or if the board is running the wrong bios. Maybe there's something completely unrelated causing this? It has P21-A1 flashed currently and that's what the mobo shipped with; I thought it was supposed to have P01 or P11 but I was unable to flash either. The blue usb 3 ports are receiving power, but wont mount drives in Windows 10 after the system boots. Flash drives inserted in 3.0 ports are recognized in the bios (or is it UEFI?)but quit working after boot. I installed the chipset and pci controller drivers, so I'm not sure what's causing this problem?

USB xHCI Compliant Host Controller" has error code 10.
Here is some info in the device properties: Device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1E31&SUBSYS_80301025&REV_04\3&11583659&0&A0 was configured. Driver version: 10.0.16299.251, published by Microsoft 2/21/18

What do you think the factory-installed Windows version the mobo was originally designed to run on? What's it running now? Have you tried to uninstall the driver from DevMgr, exit, then reboot and let whatever Windows version you got now try to re-install it? Jack E/NJ
