Hi Acer team, how do I escalate a complaint about my laptop warranty?
Case ID : XXXXXXZ
I am deeply disappointed by your customer service for not calling me back as agreed last week to review my warranty claim.
If there is no response from your team in the next couple of days then I am forced to take this matter to the consumer protection agency.
