Most Games Crashing on Predator Helios 300 G3-572

I have a G3-572 which has
  • i5 7th gen Processor
  • 4 GB Nvidia 1050Ti Graphics
  • 8 GB RAM
...and yet, my favorite games just crash. The list of games that crash are:
  1. GTA 5
  2. Assassin's Creed Origins
  3. Assassin's Creed Syndicate
  4. FIFA 18
  5. (Ocasionally) Watchdogs
  6. Batman Arkham Knight
The list has only the games I've tried. Games like Assassin's creed Black Flag, Rogue, Brotherhood run perfectly.
FIFA 15 runs perfectly.
Need For Speed Most Wanted 2 runs perfectly as well.
CS GO runs without crashing too. All low graphics demanding games run, without a question.

I've tried everything:
  • Re-installing
  • Undervolting by 0.1mV (I assumed the crashes happened because of the Overheating)
  • Updating Drivers
  • Updating BIOS
  • Predator Sense: MAX fan speed and GPU Overclocking to Turbo
I am starting to doubt the genuineness of my Predator as I bought it online, in December 2017. Please help!

Update to the newest driver 391.35, which is reported to be more stable than 390.77. Also download the Intel HD driver available from Acer's driver page.
EDIT: In windows search type 'device installation settings' and hit enter, then select NO and save change before updating the Intel driver.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

    UPDATE

Thanks for all your suggestions, guys! The problem, as pointed out by @ven98, @Skelomorph, and many others, was about corrupt drivers.
After I reset my PC to it's factory settings and updated the drivers, I now see why this laptop is a gaming beast! Amazing performances, no lag, but a little too hot on heavy games. (CPU: ~75C to ~86C and GPU: less than 75C at all times)

My suggestion to anybody facing game crashes is:
    • Update the drivers
    • Install the support softwares like DirectX and Visual C++ Redistributable
    • Undervolt your CPU if too hot
    • Re-install games
But if even on doing all these things, games still crash, (like they did for me) then just RESET your PC! Fixes all problems.

    • If all else fails, then get external help.

Glad you got it working. The simplest way to fix problems is to Reset Windows, but it requires setting up the whole laptop and reinstalling drivers/programs/games. However, this a pretty much 100% way to test if the problem is software or hardware related.

I think you need to double your DDR4. Go to crucial dot com for recommendations. Jack E/NJ

You've got to be kidding me. 8 gigs can run those games. I know upgrading the hardware is a solution, but that's not why I'm asking it here. Do you have anything else?

No. Except make sure your power settings are set for high performance and your system is plugged in. Jack E/NJ

I would suggest you to try running these games without the GPU overclocked. Predator Sense increases the clock speeds of core and memory only without increasing the voltage or power limit.  If you weren't lucky with the silicon lottery, it is possible that the GPU or VRAM can't take these clock speeds when overclocked with the stock voltages.

I usually don't overclock my GPU. I play at normal clock speeds.
Even in cases where I do decide to overclock, the result is the same. Crashes.
    Should I reset the OS?

I also get this error message when games crash, saying my Display driver Failed to start.

I'll try updating the drivers. Meanwhile, can you figure out what those error messages mean?

I don't see the Intel HD driver listed on Acer's driver page

That is the driver. I don't know what this error message means, but it is probably related to a driver that doesn't function well with the game.

are you using cracked version of games???? because some games give me that kind of error too and also check the temperatures or post a snapshot while gaming ....

I suggest that you also google "the memory could not be read" with the quotes. Ending RAM consuming-processes that aren't being used and  increasing vm on your SSD might help if you don't wanna spring for more RAM. Jack E/NJ

The CPU temperaures go upto 65C-75C,  and very rarely upto 80C. Never seen them go any higher than that.
The GPU temperatures range between 50C-70C

A youtube video suggested to run the command  "sfc /scannow" and claimed it'll fix the errors. Will check if it works and let you know
