Hi, when i turn on my pc, i have black screen and i can hear fans running for a minute, then they both stop, after 15-30s the left fan starts runing but it does not run normaly, by the sound it seems that its getting power and losing and it goes like this, sometimes after 20minutes pc turns on, sometimes not at all. I cleaned dust from the fans, but the same problem happens again. Try to install bios with usb, but still nothing happens.
Anyone knows what might be the problem?

What is your full ACER model number? What Windows version? Did this happen suddenly? Jack E/NJ

    Hi Audrius,

If there's light on the laptop and you hear the fan spinning, try connecting an external monitor and see if you'll see any display from it. If that doesn't work you might need to open up the laptop and reseat the RAM. When you place it back in make sure they all are seated properly. Last option is to send the laptop for a repair if it's still cover by it's factory warranty.

    OR

Power issues be it a PC PSU or in laptops battery/power converter issues (among other issues), can cause bios corruption with the blank screen. And by your description this seems to me a likely cause.

Try this: Repeat your initial trick (unplug the cmos battery, ram) and include removing the AC cable and when all is removed, press the power button holding it presses for 60 seconds) and leave it resetting for one hour... and if still nothing after that, repeat the same process but this time leave it resetting overnight or 10-12 hours.

If that doesn't do it, you'd have to trace the loud buzzing noise. The only component that I know can cause a loud buzz is one of the moving parts which are fans and HDDs.. of these; the hdd isn't likely to cause complete system failure but you can remove it, and see if makes any difference. To check fan operation you'd have to open the computer shell and plug it on to watch fan operation.
