Hi guys, I have an Acer W700 tablet. Since yesterday, its fan on the right side started making noise. Sometimes it does that in regular intervals but it also does run continuously like that and makes a lot of noise.

What should I do? I have windows 8.1.

Another issue i've had is that when i turn the touch screen on, the mouse goes to the right side of the screen and doesn't stop flickering, just stays stuck there and it's difficult to use after that. So for a long time, i've had to keep the touch screen off.

thanks.

Fan noise is most likely dirt buildup that unbalances the fan blade. Judicious use of a vacuum can often get rid of enough to clear it for a while. Don't use a blower since that would tend to fill nooks and crannies inside with the dust. I can't help with the touch screen, I'd guess either a faulty or loose cable between the digitizer and motherboard or some sort of pressure being applied that warps that side of the case.
