My Predator Helios 300 G3-572 has 128GB SSD and 1TB HDD. Can I add an additional HDD/SSD?

It would require you to replace one of the drives. In the Helios 300, there is one M.2 slot (128GB SSD) and 1 SATA slot (1TB HDD).

The M.2 slow require you to remove the complete bottom of the laptop to access, and only requires 1 screw to replace. The HDD can be accessed via the door panel on the bottom of the laptop.
