Hello,

I have problem with black screen on my laptop.
I recorded video:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qf6vQuTlwZ

As you can see, windows is running when i connect laptop to external monitor.
Sometime screen is working. But its about +-20% of runnings.

When screen is working and I flip the screen down and after flip up, display stop working again.

I tried:
Update bios to 1.12\(latest from acer product site for this model)
Install latest drivers graphics (nvidia, Intel HD Graphics 530)
Restore system

I found same problem with this model on youtube:

Do you have any idea to solve this problem?

Please try to perform a power reset. Disconnect the charger, check for a battery reset PIN hole at the bottom of the device. The reset hole would have a battery symbol next to it. Insert a paperclip into the hole and press for four seconds. Let the computer sit for 5 minutes with no power. Reconnect the charger and power On the device to check the issue.
Also, check if the upper case is not securely snapped or screwed into place. Since the external display is working fine the issue could with loosely connected internal LCD cable.

    Thank you for advice! :)
I think the problem will be in internal LCD cable,

If the angle between the keyboard and the monitor is less than 45, screen have better chance to run.

is there any option to fix this without get it to the service?
