On Internet Explorer, Run browsers, click the “Setting” button→”Manage add-ons”  Choose “Toolbars and Extentions” and click the “Disable”

Also, delete 1-888-448-0170 pop-up related application or software

Press “Windows + R” keys on your keyboard to open Run window;

Put in appwiz.cpl and press ENTER key to view the programs list in Control Panel;

Select all suspicious software you want to remove and click Uninstall.
