What BIOS version do you have? Jack E/NJ
You now have BIOS v1.02. Two BIOS updates are available. https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/7487?b=1Jack E/NJ
Not guaranteed either will fix the problem. Jack E/NJ
download this tool, whocrashed:http://www.resplendence.com/download/whocrashedSetup.exe before running it, browse to C:\windows\minidumpdelete all files apart the first 2-3 files (newest)then install whocrashed and run itclick on Analyzereport here the result.
Doesn't seem like a hardware issue to me. Let's wait for what IronFly has to say. I hesitate to recommend BIOS updates for anything unless absolutely necessary. Jack E/NJ
@JackE this time i would try a BIOS update first, since the Video scheduler is AMD VGA related and the BIOS mention various fix for AMDhttps://global-download.acer.com/GDFiles/BIOS/BIOS/BIOS_Acer_1.04_A_A.zip?acerid=636537632758375189&Step1=ULTRA-THIN&Step2=SWIFT&Step3=SF315-41&OS=ALL&LC=en&BC=ACER&SC=PA_6to update: battery at 100%, AC charger connected, unzip the file and run the extracted exe then follow onscreen instructions
