Hi, my dads acer AXC-703G-UW52 is not outputting any video from either the VGA or HDMI outputs to the monitor. The monitor is working fine so we don't think it is the issue. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi@RStantz

There are several possible reasons for this issue.
Do you see the power indicator light glowing or flasing?
Do you hear the internal fan running or any beep sound?
Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to drain the static charges.
Verify that the power cord is connected properly to the wall and the back of the computer. Disconnect and reconnect both ends of the power cord to make sure the cable is not loose.
Also, try connecting another electrical device to that same outlet.
If the computer still cannot turn on, then you do not need check the internal hardware parts. Try to reset the memory modules, check the power supply unit.

Thanks for the reply. In this case this seems to be a hardware issue and you need to get help from a local technician and check the motherboard and internal parts to check the issue.
