Remove battery notification on tablet?

I purchased a A3-A50 tablet a few months ago and just recently I get a notification pop up on the screen telling me to remove the battery, because of overcharging, although its no possible to do so 🙂 I tend to leave the charger plugged in when watching a couple of movies back to back otherwise it drains the battery way down, it doesn't happen all the time just occasionally and sometimes it stays stuck at 99% I was wondering if you can reset the battery as doing a factory reset doesn't help.
Any information would be appreciated....
Thanx

no battery reset is available, by the way you can try to charge your tablet when completely powered off.
about the warning message, it's a system message, so you can't do pretty much.
    I'm not an Acer employee.
