I see alot of speculation that the Helios is locked via BIOs but that' not the case.. the hardware for the monitor itself must support HDMI 2.0.
On my Facebook group (Helios 300) we've compiled a list and will update this one as new monitors emerge confirmed working.
Here is a list of external monitors that can reach above 60hz via HDMI (up to 240hz) which can be used by the Helios. Some of the monitors on this post are currently being used by owners of the Helios and confirmed working at their respective resolution.
If you find another monitor comment below and I'll add to the list.

There was some who tried the Benq Xl2411and it did not work.
I haven't tried your requested monitor but I imagine it might have the same issues.
Also: Does the Samsung C24FG70 support helios natively (through hdmi) at 120hz? It's also in the list but just want to make sure if it will work out of the box at 120hz.
Thanks again!
I'm still wondering if I should buy that monitor or not due to this oddly HDMI situation
Hello man! Thanks for these informations.
Don't you know any 240hz monitor with G-Sync Technology to use with Acer Predator Helios 300 ?
Or do you know if these related FreeSync monitors works perfectly (with this technology) connected in Predator 300 ?
