ACER STOLE MY STICK OF RAM!!!!!!
Now listen, I'm not the average human that sends their laptop to the repair center because they can't do it themselves, but I instead only send it when costco offers a 2-year warranty on most repairs. So I send in the laptop because my motherboard was fried. Then I send it in because my screen stopped working at all. Then I send it in because it's not working at all. Once I recieve it the third time, I notice something strange... the laptop is EXTREME slow. At first I didn't think much of it, I thought a few resets will do the the trick. No. Then I checked the computer settings and then the BIOS, BOTH times it showed only 4gb out of the needed 12gb. I had a certified technician open it for me since I still have a year on the warranty. Turns out, THE F*$&ING STICK OF RAM IS MISSING!!! How many more problems could u have with acer, their customer service, and laptops!!! I guess some poor old technician thought I won't notice or something but that didn't go by me so easily! I want my stick of ram back or a refund for it. Acer must improve or else they WILL go out of bussiness. Can I get my stick of ram back? That is all I'm asking for you to do acer.
