FEE FOR 1 SIMPLE QUESTION?

YESTERDAY, I HAD ONLY ONE QUESTION FOR ACER. I CALLED THE NUMBER, GOT A FOREIGNER (OF COURSE) JUST TO ASK HOW I CAN REMOVE THE "FLICKERING/JUMPING" ON MY ACER DESKTOP PC SCREEN. HE SAID, "OH SURE" AND THEN PROCEEDED WITH ALL IT WOULD COST ME FINANCIALLY. I DO NOT THINK IT SHOULD COST MONEY TO ANSWER ONE SIMPLE QUESTION. SO, THE CALL WAS ENDED. FORTUNATELY, IN THE AFTERNOON, IT HEALED ITSELF. SHAME ON YOU, ACER, FOR HAVING TO HAVE MONEY FOR A SIMPLE QUESTION.

    If the machine was still under warranty, ACER service should've answered the question. If not, this user community could've tried to answer it. Since the screen corrected itself, I would guess the video card would simply need to be re-seated a few times to clean its contacts. A common issue if the weather is a bit warm and humid. Jack E/NJ
