Automatic System Restore
Hi,
I need help regarding my laptop. A lot of people probably have the same problem as I do, but here's what happened:
I am using Acer Aspire E-15 (E5-573-33SE). For some reason, my computer went on blue screen three times. Then after that, it just keeps going to the automatic system restore. I tried the advance options and here's what I got:
System restore: "To use system restore, you must specify which Windows installation to restore. Restart this computer, select an operating system, and then use system restore."
-The thing is, I cannot restart my computer.
System Image Recovery: "An internal error occurred. The following information might help you resolve the error" STATUS_WAIT_2 (0x80070002)
Startup Repair: Couldn't repair the PC
Go back to the previous version: ran into a problem and won't be able to take you back to the previous version of Windows.
My only options are command prompt and UEFI Firmware Settings. I tried reinstalling Windows 10 to my laptop using a USB and setting the USB as the number 1 boot priority order. However, after the startup, it went on black screen. So, i restored it back to its default order. I haven't used my laptop for a month now and I have no clue how to fix it. I really need my laptop since I am studying at a post-secondary school.
