WEBCAM issues with Zoom Q2n with new firmware 1.11

I have a new Acer Win 10 I5  3ghz machine and am trying to use a Zoom Q2N camera in Webcam mode. I have update the firmware to 1.11.  The camera shows up in the win 10 Camera app, but I am trying to use it with on line teaching through VIPKIDS and I have no picture with either Win Edge or Chrome with the latest flash update. I am using a Steinberg UR22 audio interface it is working perfectly. My Internet speed with At&T is 30 to 40 MBs. The VIPKIDS test site says all is fine, but with still no video from the Q2N showing. If I click on the task bar camera icon the camera is on and working, but will not feed to VIPKIDS,  anyone have any ideas?

Does the camera feed anything else OK? How about locally so you know it works? Jack E/NJ
