Aspire E5-575G internet problem : " This site can’t be reached "

Hi , i have an Aspire E5-575G I5-7200U 8G Ram 500 HDD Nvidia 940MX , on all my Browser thats i use , it keep showing me this message " This site can’t be reached " , I searched for all solution , like Updating my Atheros QCA9377 driver , reinstalling browser , restarting Wifi , .....
when i changed the wireless Mode to 802.11 b/g. it reduced to problem like to - 50% , it helped a little , but still not enough ,
i start to wonder if it about materiel defect ( wireless card ) , or something like this ,
Please if anyone had the same problem , or any help about this , it will be appreciated

almost new , and yes always acted like this , i've tried many operating system version , but all same

Have you tried to re-set it to factory fresh state outside of the Windows environment. If not. press and hold the power button till it completely shuts off. The turn it back on and immediately press the ALT key while tapping the F10 key. Then follow this video. If it sitll is not resolved, then it would probably suggest a hardware instead of a driver or software issue. Jack E/NJ
