Completely shut off the system. Then turn it back on and ****immediatley**** start tapping the F2 key to enter the BIOS menu. Don't wait for the ACER logo screen to appear. Under the MAIN tab make sure the D2D recovery option is enabled. Then press F10 to save and exit settings. Completely shut off the system again. Then turn it back on and ****immediately**** press and hold the ALT key while tapping the F10. A recovery screen should reappear. Follow directions on the screen to re-set to a factory fresh state.
