I have Aspire ES 15, Windows 7, Bluetooth speakers (Bose Mini II SoundLink) say to be connected to Laptop but only laptop speakers play music. I tried with YouTube, BS Player, MediaPlayer etc. basically with all software I have that can make sound but it does not transfer to speakers.

My smartphone and tablet  play on speakers with no problems.

How do I fix this?

Thank you in advance for your help

Please uninstall the Bluetooth driver. Then download and install the Intel PROSet/Wireless Software for Bluetooth technology 18.16.1 and after restart your laptop. Pair the Bose Mini II SoundLink and check if it works.

Click Start, type Device Manager in the Start Search box, and then press Enter.Open Device Manager. This is where you can manage all the drivers for your computer including Bluetooth drivers. Go to Bluetooth , right click and you can uninstall the driver.

    Dear Sharanji,
First - thank you for your help.
I did what you wrote but I get this message:

Not to mention that I already deleted drivers as you instructed.
Please, what do I do now?
