    Hi,
Yes, you will have a M.2 SSD slot and it supports NVMe SSD. You may void warranty by opening the back cover to install the M.2 SSD, so it's better to get the confirmation from Acer Support centre about the warranty, usually, as long as you don't damage any internal parts, your warranty will be intact but it's better to be cautious.

    Hi @kuduku
I just received my acer swift 3 today. Win 10 not install yet. As per bios setup
    There are two drive HDD0 & HDD1
    Where HDD0 is empty &
HDD1 with WD 1Tb Hard disk
So , I am 99% sure HDD0 drive supports M.2 NVME SSD . like other model support

    Hi,
It depends on the PCIe lanes enabled in your motherboard, it should be either 2 or 4 lanes, if it has 4 lanes enabled, the SSD will work at manufacturers advertised speed, if 2 lanes are enabled it will work at half the advertised speed( still 3x SATA SSD speed).
For example, this is the speed for 2 lanes enabled:

Thanks but who can tell me that ?
My model number and part number is here . Any Acer rep can clarify the same ?
If their are 2 lanes then buying a m.2 NVMe SSD is no use .
And if their are 4 lanes then buying a M.2 SATA i would be not be utilizing the enhanced NVMe speeds
I cant buy before the clarification ......
