Acer Aspire E 15 E5-575G-76AY Hard disk head is continuously moving.

As, i Notice that after 6 months of buying laptop, my laptop Harddisk 1 TB (TOSHIBA) head is continuously moving even something is not done. Along with it, i observe that it produce the noise in my laptop. By this problem i had faced the problem in the battery storage time. 
What can i do to eliminate this problem ?

Hi,
You need to backup your OS and other important documents to an external hard drive, create a recovery disk using Macrium reflect or similar utility, install CrystalDiskInfo or similar hard disk checking program and check the health of your HDD, you may have to replace the Hard drive and recover the backup image from your backup.

As you mention to check the health of my HDD from https://crystalmark.info/en/software/crystaldiskinfo/ . I already done this job, which show my HDD health is good.
Another option instead to replace HDD will be more efficient.

Yes, you could also install a M.2 SSD, transfer your OS to it, get another HDD or a 2.5" SSD and install it in HDD bay, SSDs don't have moving parts and won't make any noise.
