screen not turning on sometimes.

Hi,

recently i just bought an acer Predator X34P.

and i found out occasionally when i turn off my screen , and the next day when i switch it on back the screen will remain black.

the LED shown blue, but nothing came out, no predator logo or whatsoever. I need to turn the screen off and turn it on again to back to normal.

what is the issue? is that a bug or we that is a defect unit?

Hi, Simple fix. Just try to do Power drain, first unplug the monitor power cable from the wall socket than press and hold the power button on the monitor for 40 sec. Than try working on the monitor. This should fix the problem
