Aspire E 15 Shutdown Automatically randomly with have full battery life.

I bought aspire e 15  since 3 months now , march 7,2018 ph time, my laptop shutdown automatically i find same issues also , i put the charger on it its fine what is the possible cause of it,
Acer please help me this , it has under warranty, i will go to costumer service to check on it,

Some of these models have a safety switch on the mainboard which can accidentally shutdown the laptop due to misalignment of the case with the switch when being moved or pressure from using the keyboard or touchpad.

This thread belows describes two types of switches that are commonly used, a normally-off or a normally-on switch. Either the case doesn't push hard enough against the switch to keep power on, or it pushes too hard and shuts off power. The fixes were simple involving tape spacers. If it's still under warranty, you should arrange ACER service to take care of this issue instead of trying to fix it yourself. Jack E/NJ
