Acer K137 - LED Error

Hello,
I own a Acer K137 projector.
I bought it for 3 years.

In recent days, the video projector turns on for a few seconds, starts to beeping and then the image turns off.
On the control panel, the High and Low LEDs stay lit in blue.
According to the documentation this indicates an error (LED failure).

I wanted to know if people had already had the same case. Indeed, the videoprojector has only a few hundred hours of operation.

    - When starting the videoprojector, the image is purple.
    - I had this problem after receiving a request from the video projector to "recalibrate the led".

    Hello everyone,
    Acer support tells me that it is the motherboard that would be HS. They no longer have this piece in stock.
    I would like to try a firmware update.
    Would anyone have a link to download the update tool and the latest firmware?
