My Aspire E 11 E3-111-C4FK touchpad stopped working on win 10, any help please?

I have same issue, I had downloaded and installed Windows 10. The touchpad worked fine before, now not working at all. Using a USB mouse on it right now...

Hi,
What happens when you press Fn+F7? Could you please go to Device Manager, expand Mice and other pointing Devices, post the snip.
You could try downloading Chipset driver from here and installing:https://www.acer.com/ac/en/MY/content/support-product/5329?b=1

Hi,
Go to BIOS settings( press F2 as soon as you press the Power button), move to Main tab and check whether the Touchpad is in Basic mode, if so click the Touchpad and switch to Advanced mode, press F10 to save and exit.

it is already in the advanced mode, actually i started to believe it is a hardware issue, since i tried many things but the problem remains0

Yes, if it's a hardware problem, you have to get it fixed it under warranty or at a local repair shop.
