Dear Acer support,

I would like to let you know that my Acer Predator G6 Gaming Desktop Turbo mode will not turn off. The computer itself has been here for around a year now I think and I recently turned on the Turbo mode to make my CPU overclock. Sadly enough it will not turn off, the red Turbo button blinks fast and the red LED lines turn on and off, please someone help me with this ASAP since I do not know how to fix this.
I tried restarting my pc but even then it still turns on. Clicking the Turbo button will not do a thing and I tried searching for topics online but since I haven't found anything to this problem I start to feel I might be the first one to encounter this problem.

You can set the maximum processor state to 99%. By default the max processor state is 100% and Turbo Boost kicks off when the CPU reaches 100% usage. If we set the max processor state to 99%, the Turbo Boost technology is disabled.
To set the max processor state, open the Advanced setting panel of the Power Options:
Control Panel > Power Options > Change Plan Settings > Change Advanced Power Settings.
The CPU usage is also limited at 96%:

You can monitor the CPU clock speed with the latest version of HWMonitor.
Also, you can use utilty like ThrottleStop and it have option to uncheck and disable turbo mode.

I am having the same issue. I pressed my turbo button and it worked fine. About 5 minutes later I clicked it and it did not turn off. I had recently updated the predator sense. I tried to reinstall it but it did not help. The turbo button is currently blinking. The turbo button is not lit up in predator sense but it does indicate that it is still being overclocked.
