acer spin 3 screws missing

Hi! I got my Acer spin 3 (SP315-51) a little more than a year ago and over time the screws have been falling out the back of it. I've been trying to keep them and screw them back into place but they're so tiny I've lost about half of them. I've had some additional problems where if I have the touchscreen enabled (I've disabled it for this reason) the screen glitches out when held a specific way, could the loose backing be the reason for this or is there something else I need to be concerned about. Back to the screws, where would I need to go to get them? The missing ones are specifically the upper corners and the middle row (IDK if that helps or if the screws are all the same...).
